When you email, include:
- the product (Sir Flappicus, Survoxel Runner, SmrtSites…) and what happened, plus what you expected
- your device model and Android or iOS version (for games), or your browser (for SmrtSites)
- a screenshot, with personal information removed, if it helps.

Never send us your password, verification codes or card details. We will never ask for them.

Accounts & progress
Do I need an account to play?
No. Our games start you as a guest. Players aged 13 and older can add an email so progress can move to a new phone.
How do I keep my progress when I change phones?
Add an email in the game before you switch: Settings › Player Account in Sir Flappicus, or Settings › Account & cloud save in Survoxel Runner. Stay online long enough for the save to upload, then sign in with the same email on the new phone. Guest progress can be lost if you remove the game without adding an email.
The game asks which save to keep. What should I pick?
Both games show you the two saves (this device or the cloud) instead of overwriting one silently. Look at the details shown and choose the one with the progress you want. Survoxel Runner keeps the other as a backup on the device.
I forgot my password.
Use Forgot password? on the game's sign-in screen and check your email, including the spam folder.
ElevationArk account
What is an ElevationArk account?
One optional account, made on elevationark.com/account, that works across our products: it gives you 10% off your first voxel order, a first-purchase bonus on SmrtSites, one email list you choose yourself, and a way to tell our games it's you. You sign in with Google, Apple or an emailed link; there is no password. Accounts are for people aged 13 and over.
How do I link a game to it?
On Link a game press Get a code, then type the 6-digit code into the game under Settings › ElevationArk account within 10 minutes. Linking only tells the game which ElevationArk account you have; your progress stays in the game.
How do I use the 10% voxel discount?
Sign in to your account and the discount is applied automatically at checkout on your first voxel order. One per account, valid for 14 days.
How do I stop the emails, or delete the account?
Every email has an unsubscribe link, and the switch on your account page does the same. Delete my account on the same page removes the account, your email from our list, the discount and the game links straight away. It does not delete your game progress or SmrtSites content: see Delete an account.
Purchases & refunds
A purchase didn't arrive.
Reconnect to the internet and reopen the shop on the same game account and store account. Don't buy it again while delivery is pending: a pending purchase delivers only once the store approves it. In Sir Flappicus, use Restore purchases in the Premium shop. If it's still missing, email us with the store's order number.
How do I get a refund?
In-game purchases are made through Apple or Google, so refunds go through their refund process (Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com; Google Play: your order history). If a purchase is refunded, the items it gave may be removed. Voxel packs bought on this website follow our refund policy: email us with your order details.
Can parents control purchases?
Yes. Use Apple's Ask to Buy or Google Family Link to require approval for every purchase.
Privacy & deletion
How do I delete my account?
Each game has a delete option in its settings, and you can also ask by email. Step-by-step instructions for every product: Delete an account.
Do your games have ads or trackers?
No. Sir Flappicus and Survoxel Runner have no ads, no advertising IDs, and no analytics or tracking tools from other companies. See the Privacy policy.
My child gave you information. What can I do?
Email us and we'll review or delete it. Please don't send identity documents. Players under 13 can't add an email in our games.

When are Sir Flappicus and Survoxel Runner coming out?
Sir Flappicus is coming soon to iOS and Android. Survoxel Runner is in development, with a target of the end of November 2026. Dates are targets and may change; we'll post updates on the home page.
